10 Steps to Book Your Tour with Go-to-China

  1. Choose your session: Select the session that suits you best from those available: spring-summer (March, April, May, June) or fall (September, October, November).

  2. Book in advance: The reservation session opens 270 days before the departure date and closes 91 days before. Plan your reservation in advance to guarantee your spot.

  3. Register online: Access the registration form on our website. Fill it out carefully and send it either by post or by email (scanned document).

  4. Pay the deposit: When registering, a deposit of 30% of the total trip amount is required. This payment validates your registration.

  5. Receive confirmation: Our agency will inform you in writing as soon as the minimum number of registrations is reached, thus confirming that the tour will take place. This confirmation can occur no earlier than 270 days and no later than 91 days before departure.

  6. Pay the balance: Once confirmation is received, you must pay the balance of the travel amount (remaining 70%) within 14 days.

  7. Prepare your trip: We will send you all the necessary documents to prepare for your stay in China. During this time, you can also sign up for additional options, such as special shows or restaurants, etc.

  8. Participate in the information session: Approximately 30 days before your departure, we will organize an information session online or in person to provide you with all the essential information and answer your questions.

  9. Give your feedback: After your trip, you will receive a satisfaction questionnaire. Your feedback will help us continually improve our services.
